Why i can not pass as native English speaker?

Because you're a Serbian, probably with a German accent. Germans can speak well, but often have the same pronunciation mistakes.
You seem to associate me and answer this question ethnically/racially that im not a white english man but i asked not really whether im english

You're not a white English man.

You racially bully me and discriminate me

Lol just kidding:)
Well, it wouldn't be the first time you've claimed this.

But, really if you want to speak English better, you need to figure out the vowel sounds. And it can be difficult because you really need someone to tell you that you're wrong.

You could use something like Hellotalk to talk to native speakers.

Another factor is tongue placement. Guttural languages tend to rely on lip movement to form words. English relies on intermediate tongue placement, whereas French relies on forward tongue placement.

The thing with Austrians and Germans is they're really good at learning English, which means their teachers are from their own countries and don't focus on pronunciation.

If you go to Spain, there are (or used to be before Brexit) lots of native English speakers as teachers, but in Austria and Germany, they learn English at school. So they don't learn to change their tongues.
