That is an easy question to answer:

Biden doesn't believe he needs to visit the border and do anything about his "Challenge" as he calls it (since he doesn't believe it is a "Crisis".) He could even care less (even though, he has he isn't doing it because "I'm a nice guy".), he thinks he has better things to do like inflate our imports/exports through the roof, spend more money than he needs to for his so-called "Infrastructure".

As for Kamala...she is still at the bakery buying more bake goods and laughing it off. While kissing her husband on the tarmac with masks on.

Because when they have to face our border agents who actually do the job there, Biden and Harris wont know what to say. Well actually, I'm sure they would avoid them, so why go? It's not like they would want these people to point out all the problems to them in real world terms.
