The Republican Senate was unable to convince even its own majority that it had come up with a response to the likely Covid-19 economic crisis. Carte Blanche offers of federal guarantees and funds failed to include the needs of all 50 states, the differences in the likely impact in all the neighborhoods, pay grades, regions, and recovery shifts of economic focus of attention. GOP proposed last year's status quo! The drama is all about that now changing!
Just today, for example: Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti sounded off about the hordes of people on the beach(?). Neither the mayor of the City, or the Governor of the State--of New York: Exploded in rage over people in the high-rise apartment elevators, or those stairwells, or those lobbies--and then its on to the markets, transit, and other sardine-can, gathering places of life in that area. County of Los Angeles--11.2 mil. people, 400 cases mostly mild. City of New York at 12,000 cases, only 8.6 mil. people: Comparing.
There is no comparing the two geographies, even today. There will be a different outcome and impact in both regions. San Francisco has barely 0.9 mil. people, slightly more than 100 cases--not quite like New York, but not quite like Los Angeles.
The Distance between folks is different. It's built into the codes of construction, climates and regional seismic activities, styles and fashions of each area. The Corporations currently are not in the forefront of what comes next. Instead of preparing, many are changing entire mode of production to adjust. What comes next will be about workers and families adjusting, moving, relocating, revising plans and setting goals.
Enter the New Democratic predictable economy about to happen.

Here's how the government has been rolling out its response to the coronavirus and efforts to stem the tide as well as stimulate the economy which has taken a severe hit.
