The real question is, if it's so terrible, why did it take over 5 years for it to come out? Election interference, anyone? This is from August 2019. Why report it in April of 2024? Who cares? Did they actually write this loophole into law? Or is this 4.5 year old "messages" that can't be verified or have any authenticity whatsoever, being used to attack the leading candidate for president?

why not fix it. our epa is a defense of the fitness and readiness of the people we will need to defend ourselves, sooner or later.

In 2022, Popular Science reported on 4 solar farms that violated the Clean Water Act. In 2021, journalist Michael Shellenberger wrote an article for Forbes where he warned that solar panels produce 300 times more toxic waste than nuclear fuel. While the International Energy Agency reported that heavy-metal leeching into groundwater is below the level of concern per World Health Organization guidelines, one has to wonder how that changes when the toxic parts are shattered and broken over 4,000 acres!
