Zone1 Why does an evil god allow good?

If god is evil, why does good exist? This must mean that god is either incompetent at creating evil, or is not completely evil. Right?

God isn't evil, He is-love, merciful, just. Satan is evil and misleads 99% minimum all through the bible and today. Don't forget-mortals chose to know good and evil by rebelling in Eden. Gods kingdom will cure it all.

Or, the evil has no goodness yet...just as darkness has no light yet. Once goodness and light appear on the scene, darkness and evil vanish.
