Essentially, the answer is that women are human lives.
If "human lives don't matter", then whether or not a woman dies during pregnancy, or is forced to conceive via rape or incest doesn't matter.
So I believe that pro-choice advocates need to stop using arguments in favor of abortion which remove the "human life" factor from the equation. Because, if human life doesn't matter, and women are human lives, then women and what happens to them doesn't matter either. The whole reason that woman are presumed to matter to being with is because they are human lives.
