I suggest that you need to learn to read. The judge did not say that the primaries were rigged. He said that even if what they said happened, what harm did you suffer. The Republican primaries are rigged because of winner take all. Democrats use proportional representation. Sanders got only 17% of the vote in some states but still got delegates.
