Why do some cops don't study laws to the adequate level?

Google "why do they don't". 26,100,000 results (0.34 seconds). No one seems to have trouble with speaking casually despite being grammatically incorrect.

Weird focus as opposed to the actual content such as the failing incompetency of the cops with the law knowledge.

I don't not disagree with you that they didn't don't never no know English grammar. You are not knot correct, op.

Because they are not held responsible if they are wrong about the law...in fact, it can behoove them to be less educated in the law they enforce...

Heien v. North Carolina 574 U.S. ___ (2014), is a decision by the United States Supreme Court, ruling that a police officer's reasonable mistake of law can provide the individualized suspicion required by the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution to justify a traffic stop. The Court delivered its ruling on December 15, 2014.

It taint nothing but a don't understanding of the English grammaticalized conventions.

We already went over that the title was grammatically incorrect. The point was that it was casual, understandable, common.

Yeah, there should be something that enforces the boundary of what police does. Like a not-for-profit organization dedicated to teaching the public what cops can & can't do. That way, if a citizen gets his or her right violated, you know so & can teach the cop on it. There is already some legal supervising system to punish the cops violating laws, right? You just have to know to contact them when such happens.
