These Progressives and Liberals always go nuts over any attempt to cite the 10th Amendment and state sovereignty.

Yet they are the most SUCCESSFUL at actually implementing nullification in real life.

Like legalizing marijuana (which I support).

You obviously have no idea what ‘nullification’ means, which is consistent with your ignorance in general.

Federal drug laws concerning marijuana remain in effect and enforceable, they have not been ‘nullified’ by a given state decriminalizing marijuana possession or use. See: Gonzales v. Raich (2005).

And ‘liberals’ take no issue with references to the 10th Amendment and state sovereignty in the context of Constitutional case law; they do appropriately take issue when ignorant conservatives and libertarians attempt to reject that case law, and contrive their own irrelevant ‘understanding’ of the 10th Amendment and state sovereignty.
