Why do minor MSNBC contributors looked strained and pale?

I've noticed every minor contributor (on MSNBC) looks like they are on the verge of a nervous breakdown and under heavy stress while defending Obama --- almost as if they'd get fired for speaking their mind.

as if "tingles" Matthews, Rachel Madcow, or Ed "the talking horse" would ask them a question they need to be nervous about...

The last few weeks have been awful hard on MSNBC though - the entire Country wants to know why they are reporting on crazy ants killing off fire ants rather than real news!
