I ask this question aloud because which side is caught more often with trying to register ineligible participants in voting districts? Which side fights the concept of trying to prevent illegal voting by way of enhanced authentication in the form of ID verification? Which side was caught receiving debate questions in advance for one of their candidates in the Presidential primary of 2016?
