The price for gasoline was $2.10 on Jan 20th. It hit $2.80 a few weeks ago. That's a 30% markup, and trust me, it's going to keep going up.

The reason I remember it so well is I was predicting this before he stumbled into the White House. I also traded commodities for a few years and I know how that animal works. Whorris said she would close down fracking on her first day in office if elected President. Biden said fracking will be no part of his administration, adding "We will work it out!" I agree with you on one thing. Gas is dirt cheap in this country. I've never once complained about gas prices on this board or elsewhere.

The problem is importing fuel which sends money to many bad governments and removed money from our economy. That Biden is making worse.

But gas prices? Even at $5 a gallon, you can drive hundreds of miles for a few bucks, it's not the issue.
