In which branch does the money for the government to function come from? Who controls the purse strings?
This is what the fundamental embarrassment of America comes from. The voters have control of the the House every two years, but the voters opt out of their power and hand it over to the two corrupt parties that have taken over the U.S.
The politicians use their intelligence to work their wily ways while the electorate does not use its intelligence.
