Why Can't Black People Take Care of Themselves?

I've seen some discourse lately blaming the evil Trump administration and their withdrawal from USAID being responsible for the death of "millions" of black and brown people. This obviously begs the question as to why blacks (especially} and brown people can't take care of themselves When was the last time you heard of a predominantly white or even Asian country begging/demanding that more civilised people solve their problems?

I get that colonialism and post-slavery-trauma (PST) are often excuses, but I would like to hear something more believable and less archaic.
Apparently you've never been to Appalachia.

Colonialism has not advanced any culture that it has conquered, in fact, it has done the opposite, either suppressing it or trying to erase it and replace it with the culture of the oppressor. Colonialism has saved no one, and the ensuing wars to retain control has damaged many people, cultures, and nations, all across the globe.

Some of these nations have recovered better than others, and they have all faced a different level of oppression.
Yeah, black Africans were such a high civilization before colonization. They still hadn't invented the wheel ffs!

Eh? Prague? I get that you have no answer to my question, but that was bizarre by any standard.
You state you go to Asian places also where it's as bad. Do you go there to take advantage of them?

Rampant corruption in their countries.

Of course, colonialism has erased other, barbaric cultures and replaced them with civilization. That's what civilization does. It overcomes, suppresses, and destroys. What do you think British colonialism did to India? Colonialism has saved no one! Surely you are joking. By outlawing the barbaric practice of suttee, Britian saved the lives of thousands, if not millions of women. Suppressing and erasing barbaric cultures has been one of the most admirable aspects of the march of civilization, also known as colonialism. Spanish colonialism saved thousands of lives by ending human sacrifice and child sacrifice in south and central America. Surely you would not mourn these cultural icons? Do you honestly imagine that these cultures should NOT have been replaced with the culture of the European conquerors? Colonialism built the world.

America and Canada are countries that were 'colonized'. Neither are needy countries.

For reasons unnecessary to explain here, I have done some modest research on why predominantly black and many predominantly brown countries are generally among the world's poorest.

I get the usual 'progressive/woke' assessment of colonization, slavery and such as the reasons. But the most cursory evaluation of colonization around the world debunks that theory.

Others want to blame religion but again that won't hold up with even a cursory examination of global demographics.

It generally comes down to value of human rights, opportunity given the private sector, and government that is reasonably less corrupt and oppressive.

The more corrupt and oppressive the US and Canadian governments, the more our two countries have slipped on the international scale in many demographics including prosperity. We aren't ready to join sub-Saharan Africa, Haiti or other poor countries yet, but if we don't turn it around, we could get there.

Been to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. they are not African nor American shitholes by any stretch of the imagination. Yellow people are not black or brown you see.
They aren't white, correct?

True, DemoKKKrats put their faces out there for all to see daily. Remember Joe Biden's remarks, "Poor kids are just as bright as white kids." "If you don't vote for me, you ain't black." And not to forget his eulogy of Robert Byrd, acknowledged KKK member and long time demokkkrat senator. Try again.

Do you have an inkling what the difference is between you and I? I did not support Biden nor make excuses for him.

Many African nations are in a desperate situation. Here are the main reasons for that in my opinion. There are others, but these I think are the biggest ones:

Totally corrupt leaders who shamelessly steal money meant for the people to build their mansions, buy their yachts and pay their private security.

There is little or no birth control or sterilization options for the people.

The people of these nations are among the poorest educated in the world.

On top of all that they are in a years long drought.
