Again, when it comes to running, lifting, physical brute strength, etc men are stronger. So why is this happening? Why are some of trumps Secret Service personnel ladies?

Tell me, what will brute strength have against bullets? Especially ones that can be fired from a semi-automatic weapon in succession so fast that five or six can be squeezed off before a human being can have a reaction?
Secret Service is a team. Their job is to shield and protect him. Given the circumstances with the shooter not being secured right away, what they did in pinning him to the ground and shielding him was appropriate.

• Able to evaluate the physicality of a given location in terms of threat assessment for thinks like explosives, chemical/biological agents, shooter lines of sight.
• Communications skills which is important in not only getting buy in from the protectee but in working with law enforcement.
• Marksman, proficient with both hand guns and long rifles.

Security for Trump erred, no doubt. Local law enforcement was responsible for perimeter security and should have had an officer on the roof. That is something the SS detail should have built into the plan, 100%. Why it wasn't will be a huge source of contention in the coming weeks.

But the idea the best agents are Schwarzenegger types, is kind of silly.

I'm not ignoring your key points. I'm questioning their relevance. Secret service agents don't typically get into fist fights. Making all the 'faster and stronger' points moot. They use their brains, they use their senses, they use their sidearms.

And these are all things women can do as well as their male counter parts.

In the unlikely event that there is a close assailant that is too much for any single agent to handle, they work in teams. They're skilled, motivated, trained and generally prepared.

Another aspect of being secret service is interacting with other teams, other people, members of the public. There could be many situations in which a woman would have an easier time navigating these situations than a man would. Having women available to fill those niches and meet those moments means more versatility. And a more effective team.

I am sure there are men who work for the secret service see others promoted over them who are not as good. And perhaps they have to do one and a third more or one and half more to cover for DEI gender quotas.

There's nothing wrong with female Secret Service agents. They have a place easpecially when detailed to guard the First lady, the VP Wife, the younger children of the president or Vice President, etc.. But certainly not the president for former President of the U.S.A.

It is ridiculous for a 5-4 female to provide “cover” for Trump. He’s a full head taller than her, and the spot where she was left his head completely exposed to another shot.

If you look closely, the male SS agent next to her realized that the short woman left Trump vulnerable and moved his arm into the open space. I am SURE these men would rather have had all men on that detail.

And the middle-aged woman guarding the SUV couldn’t even get her gun back in her holster. This again shows why you should select based on MERIT, rather than on blackness or femaleness.
