He's Belgian, Tony Vanmunster, VP of Global Research for Siemens. But that's just his job. His footnote in history will be that of the first amateur astronomer ever to discover an exoplanet. He's discovered two in fact. It's incredible what a guy can do just putzing around in the backyard, huh?
