The gang MS13 who did this? (upon seeing the finished thread, deleted the image, too graphic.)
Seems to me ISIS, violent as it is is still a problem overseas. But MS13 and other gangs are violent here in our borders right now. So why aren't they designated as terrorists? Why are we still addressing US gangs via law enforcement and not as a military problem?
If ISIS operatives were on American soil planning an attack would we send city police to deal with them, or FBI or even the military? Gangs represent an immediate threat to US nationals ecurity and should be handled as such. Designate them enemy combtants, which they are often being illegal aliens anyway, and send the military into neighborhoods where they are to kill them.
