After losing the midterms and multiple popular votes in a row...and since the attacks on ethnic minorities are demonstrably not playing well any more with the acceptance of interracial marriages and elevation of Thomas as a key conservative; the GOP has found someone new to hate.

This is politics from the right wing. Just as vitriolic, hateful, bigoted and stupid as the attacks they made/make on blacks, Hispanics, immigrants, women, other minorities, the educated, the poor, unions, etc...
