Berkeley graduates are respected fairly high among Human Resource departments. Business Insider lists Berkeley as 24th highest in pay right after graduation. I imagine the high cost of living in the area accounts for some of that.

I never heard of the #1 school, Harvey Mudd College.

I know plenty of high school boys who have no common sense either.

There are people who have every sort of education kecel with no common sense.

I have a 2 year technical college degree and basic common sense. Half of our Engineers and Planners and pretty much every other Mapping Tech comes to ME when theres a civil-electric design question. Im explaining to people who make 25% more than me, how to do THEIR job. With no additional compensation.

The fact thst they have 10,000 times the college debt thst i did when i graduated and yet have to have ME do their wirk for them gives ne grsat pleasure. It gives me geeat power over them jn the workplace.

The sad fact is that they hire you for a degree and not for what you know. The average college grad today knows less than a high school grad when I was young. Ask them something! They are idiots. But the people doing the hiring in the HR departments are as stupid as they are. Who will hire them? All of the mindless morons who don't know any better and think a degree is a degree, especially those who want a dumbed down good little rule follower whom they can enlist into their corps of useful idiots.
