Who will be President Kamala Harris’ VP?

If New York updated the law, why did New York provide the sunset of that law six months after it passed.

The change in the law to which I am referring came AFTER the trial.

Try again?

You might want to go with fewer theatrics this time. When you are faceplanting, they make you look pretty dumb.

Oh then it had no bearing on the trial at all.

The entire Carroll trial rests on the temporary law. If not for that change Carroll's complaint would be barred by the statute of limitations.

Educated peope know that non sequiturs are useless and stupid.

And now you know, too.

Well, your use of the phrase “non sequitur” is incorrect since response was directly related and pertinent to what he said.

False. You don't even know what a non sequitur is. You should learn, because you look kind of dumb to educated people, when you unwittingly deploy them. Good luck.

But does have a bearing in whether or not it was rape, and I agree with the law.

And you do too. But right now you are in orange slob bootlicker mode. And you sure are making yourself look bad.
The law is ex post facto. It had nothing to do with the trial or charges. Your agreement means nothing. Except to the mind of a twisted terrorist democrat.

: a statement (such as a response) that does not follow logically from or is not clearly related to anything previously said

Merriam Webster makes sure I know what it is.

So, that my statement was indeed related to the previous post…it is you, who is wrong

Now you're unsure what the word "or" means.

Not surprising. Understanding "or" and "and" is one of the things you would have learned in a logic class as well.

Because in either case, it doesn’t change anything.

My response was related to the previous post so therefore it follows logically from from that previous post.

What meaningless drivel.

I sometimes wonder how your life has unfolded, when I see you actually think you can talk your way out of things like this.
I’m not trying to talk myself out of anything. You seem to be taking your way INTO it though.

I mean, seriously, we’re sitting here arguing about something petty, but here we are.

I made a comment based on a post someone else made, you’re trying to say my comment had nothing to do with the post. I’m not sure what else to say at this point…
