Cloth Masks are a hazard to your health. Wearing a cloth or paper mask can:
(1) Reduce the flow of oxygen, thereby increasing the output of cortisol.
(2) Elevated levels of cortisol impedes the function of the immune system.
(3) An immune system that is poorly functioning is less capable of combating disease and illness.
(4) Wearing a mask causes the wearer to breathe in carbon dioxide.
(5) Carbon dioxide intake results in SHORTNESS OF BREATH.
(6) Carbon dioxide intake results in increased heart rate and blood pressure.
(7) Carbon dioxide intake results in visual and auditory harms, including dimmed sight and reduced hearing
(8) Carbon dioxide intake results in dizziness, confusion, headache and ultimately, unconsciousness.
(9) We need to be exposed to germs on a regular basis for the immune system to function.
I don't wear a mask and object to doing so is because I understand that the UNIMPEDED flow of oxygen is essential to my health and immune system. -When you DECREASE the flow of oxygen, your body produces cortisol, which harms your immune function. -In other words, unless you are already sick or have a weakened immune system, wearing a mask is going to do more harm than good.
