1. Which party in Congress refused to condemn the largest genocide of Jews since the Holocaust on 10/7 where Hamas targeted women and children for rape, torture, and murder? I'll give you a hint, it was a large group of democrats in Congress who refused to condemn that act. Why? H.R. 771, which reaffirms America's support for Israel as it responds to the attack, received overwhelming bipartisan support and passed by a vote of 412-10 with six members voting present.

The 10 members voting against the resolution included six of the eight "Squad" members: Reps. No voting bloc is purely monolithic. People vote for various reasons, Judaism essentuates liberty and rejects big, unaccountable policing. This association right or wrongly, has lingered with the GOP, especially the fairly new incarnation of the Neo Cons but I am only speculating one of many principles. Jewish belief is tolerance and often GOP have been presented as in opposition to this even if the roles of the parties have largely reversed of late.
