This morning, Israeli forces accompanied by police dogs stormed the home of the Basbous family and removed them from the property in the Batn Al-Hawa neighborhood of Silwan in east Jerusalem, while also seizing two additional homes.

The original Jewish owners who have the legal deed to the house were forced out by the Jordanians in 1948 during their occupation of Jerusalem.
