1) Don't smile at white people. Always be serious faced. Hard faced with whites.
2) Do not attend any functions with them unless it is work related and mandatory
3) Stop complementing them. ON EVERYTHING. ESPECIALLY WHITE FEMALES.
4) Refrain from truly empathizing with their “woes” or whatever oppression they claim they face.
5) Refrain from allowing them to successfully interrupt your conversations with another black person.
6) Avoid having them in your home or personal spaces voluntarily.
7) Quit putting them over another black person or putting down another black person to compliment them.
8) Refrain from being vulnerable around them,drunk,cry, comfortable
9) Never seek validation from them
10) Quit helping them to be better or to know about us.
11) If they say you have a low IQ. Say "Yes I do" and then ask them "What they are gonna about all these supposedly dumb black people ?" NEVER EVER try and prove to them that black people are intelligent.

You forget that the practice was allowed by the federal government even though it was in direct conflict with the declaration of independence. Its not the 1-3% who have to pay. Its the government.

Except that more than 1-3 percent of whites participated in the operations of the slave trade or benefited from slavery.

Well, if the larger White community benefited from slavery in "Economics" then so did the Black community eventually as well, by this sort of logic.
