It is about the excusion and denial of human rights to anyone not white. If racism is to disappear whites need to end it and when whites stop making decisions based on race, then it will end. White like you don't seem to see how THEY make decisions based on race the most.

Step One would be to stop basing all of your studies and statistics on race, and start focusing on poverty as a driver of crime, marital breakdown, and drug abuse.

Actully there are more jobs than people to work them, so if immigrants are suppressing wages it is because the employers are purposefully underpaying people. Trump was one of the employers who used illegals to underpay. Voting for Trump is not a vote for the working class, so again, I don't understand why any hispanic would vote for trump.
