I agree with a veto in this case, if necessary. The can of legal worms this would open across the globe is unfathomable.

Which republicans know. And a republican president would never sign. And the GOP would never send to a republican president to sign.

But since they know Obama won't sign it, they can send it to him to be vetoed. And then complain about the veto.

You know.....like their outrage over lead levels in children in Michigan after voting to cut funding to reduce lead contamination of children. Sometimes you're gonna hear some noise about shit they genuinely couldn't care less about.
