They may be the last to admit the painfully obvious, but at least they did.

They figured out its worse to act like they don't know what is happening and why....
But they won't stop lying....

Of course it did! Even an Obama top economic advisor has said the bailout is the reason inflation is here and won't go away.

Obama aides blame Biden spending for inflation

Former President Barack Obama’s top economic advisers know exactly who is to blame for the current inflation undermining the U.S. economy: President Joe Biden.

Writing back in February, before Biden’s first trillion-dollar spending law was passed by Congress, National Economic Council Director Larry Summers warned, “Macroeconomic stimulus on a scale closer to World War II levels than normal recession levels will set off inflationary pressures of a kind we have not seen in a generation, with consequences for the value of the dollar and financial stability… Stimulus measures of the magnitude contemplated are steps into the unknown.”

That isn't what she said, and it isn't what has caused this inflation.

Correct! it was their CONTINUED shutdowns AND the spending both. Amidst a slew of other things going on world wide, it was stupid moves... and they were warned.

You think they’ll buy it?

Not the cult.

Why didn't they post her WHOLE answer???? This is yet another example of Republicans editing comments to make it seem like a Democrat said something they didn't say. "You didn't build that" being a prime example.

Thanks for the chart, demonstrating that the inflation began to increase in 2020. Due to $11 trillion in stimulus spending, a global supply chain collapse, and a Fed that was asleep at the switch on interest rates.

Good stuff.

The 11 trillion was because schools were shut down.. parents couldn't go to work, places of work were shut down for too long , with many going out of business...
Government thought they were protecting people from catching covid, when they were going to get it anyways by being stuck together inside the house... so it really didn't make a hill of beans difference in the end, except it destroyed peoples lively hoods and put kids in a state of depression... caused crime to also spike. Lowering the standard of living costs lives every bit as much as some virus... but it requires being able to think ahead of what consequences might come. We have not even seen the end of it.
Would be nice for those in government to admit to making mistakes rather than trying to pawn it all off on the Russians.
