I think that had her neighbor and the children been white things probably wouldn't have escalated in the manner they did.

Additionally, if her neighbor had been white, I don't believe the shooter would have been predisposed to fear harm from her due to the bias and lies society peddles about Black people as a whole.

Blacks can also be racist. If the black woman was white or both blacks, I doubt the escalation would lead to death let alone the ongoing spat. If racism is to blame, both shared fault.
