That kid is the spitting image of that smiling black dude who runs the clinic. I will not speculate on how this happened. For example, I will not offer wild conjecture about the black clinic head "donating" his seed to the couple. Hell, maybe the woman has black in her. That would be a situation my dad used to call having "a n-word somewhere in the woodpile". But seriously, this situation is pretty messed up.

To their credit, the white couple in this story to not want to give up their black baby. However, they are just concerned that maybe the baby belongs to someone else. This begs the question, if the real sperm donor comes forward and proves paternity via DNA, would he have a legal claim to the baby? What a mess!!! If the white couple keeps the black baby, can they track down the biological father and make him pay child support?!? Can the biological father be charged with rape?!?!

It is my understanding that you cannot sue your abortion doctor for malpractice if you end up getting pregnant and having a baby notwithstanding the abortion. It is believed that to allow this would be contra public policy. But can you sue here?!? The defense will be, "Well, you would be fine if the baby had come out white. You are racist!!!" Should they even be allowed to keep the kid if they sue?

This story creates all sorts of headaches for the legal community. Honestly, it is more confusing than sex changes and gender ID stuff.

According to the article, neither of the couple are the biological parents. This establishes negligence per se on the part of the doctor/clinic, but it does not extinguish the biological parents' rights. If their identities can be determined, then the birth couple should be treated as surrogate parents.

Donald Lee Cline (born December 10, 1938) is a former American medical doctor of obstetrics and gynecology and convicted felon. Between 1974 and 1987, Cline sired over 94 children without disclosing himself as the sperm donor to his patients As of May 11, 2022, Cline has been confirmed as the biological father of 94 doctor-conceived offspring.

The story states the couple had genetic testing. As for this guy child support must be a *****

Yeah, I think you are probably right. The article also did not exactly make clear (unless I overlooked it) whether it was the sperm that was donated or the egg, or if the egg was already fertilized when it was attached to her lady stuff.

British family are the World's only with two sets of twins - both one black, one white.

Captain Creeper I thought I'd show you this one from 2019 because it's so unusual. They came into being normally. The reason they look so different is because they're not identical.

The arrival of a baby should be the happiest moment of a couple’s life. But one husband walked out on his wife moments after she gave birth, and accused her of having an affair, when their child had darker skin than they expected. The mother and father are both Caucasian but the wife said their newborn “looked like she could have two biological parents who were of African descent”.

The husband took to social media, telling everyone on both sides of the family what had happened - and even saying he wanted a divorce. “His family and a lot of our friends all called to say how upset they were at me and called me really nasty names,” the woman shared on Reddit.
My mother was by my side the entire time and I kept professing my innocence [about an affair].

“He refused to pick me up from the hospital, threw my stuff out on the lawn and changed the locks - so I had to stay with my parents. “When my sister called to ask for the baby stuff, he texted me pictures of the bare nursery room and said he got rid of everything.”

The new mum was absolutely distraught - while her husband refused to speak to her or even ask about the child.

But then came the plot twist.

Eventually, the man agreed to a paternity test - and it revealed that he was, indeed, the father of the baby.

An Ancestry test also revealed there was a 30 per cent African ancestry in the husband’s family.

This happened in 2020 and was ***** to find

I think I read somewhere that prior to getting fertility treatment of this kind, the would-parents have to sign a contract saying that doesn't matter how the baby turns out, they have to accept it. But in this case, it seems to me like a very clear case of negligence, then the parents should be released from the contract. They shouldn't have to raise someone else' baby. It just doesn't sound right to me.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but is the couple keeping the baby? To me, anyone who wants a child badly enough won't care about such a thing. A baby having a different shade of skin doesn't mean that the baby isn't healthy which should be the only thing that matters.

God bless you and the couple and the baby always!!!
