Whistleblower warns FBI can't be trusted with background checks for Donald Trump's nominees

These 'background' checks are not required by the Constitution, only the advisement and consent of the Senate. The FBI and other agencies only have themselves to blame for their utter lack of credibility.
You have to pass a background check to run a daycare.

But hey, let’s make someone AG instead. That’s a position that carries less responsibility, right?

You don’t have to pass an fbi background check to run a daycare.

Moreover as the whistleblower stated the current DOJ is corrupt and can’t be trusted

And no one should be surprised at this possibility. The FBI is broken, was broken by Obama, weaponized by Obama. It needs to go.

An official at FBI headquarters in Washington is warning that the bureau’s security clearance division is politicized and can’t be trusted to screen President-elect Donald Trump’s nominees for top administration jobs.
The allegations of political bias at the FBI’s Security Division or SecD were revealed in a protected whistleblower disclosure sent to the House Judiciary Committee, which The Washington Times reviewed.
The official said the security clearance process has been “contaminated by the political agendas of [Security Division] officials and other executives in the FBI.”
The process is also subordinate to the same FBI executives who Mr. Trump has promised to sweep out of the agency, according to the whistleblower.
FBI SecD has been politicized, and both Director [Christopher] Wray and Deputy Director [Paul] Abbate have the ability to examine the background investigations of anyone who is having a security clearance done,” said the disclosure, which was submitted on Saturday.
The FBI whistleblower said lawmakers need to know that the background investigations are conducted by SecD, the same office that has been accused of weaponizing the process and using it to retaliate against FBI employees because of their political views, including conservative and pro-Trump views.

Yeah. I find this rather amusing. Democrats over the last four years have been backing the FBI as a highly respected government agency and with Biden still president and Trump is only president elect, democrats are now saying the FBI can't be trusted to investigate Trump appointments.

That's because Trump has problems getting his nominees vetted, because people like Jared Kushner have extensive unevealed foreign debts and connections. Ex: Kushner was 1.6 billion in debt that Quatar bailed him out of.

Trump doesn't want people who have been doing security clearances for decades, to look at his nominees like Gaetz, where an investigation might reveal drug use, and sex trafficking.

Per ChatGPT:

According to multiple sources, including reputable news outlets, Kushner's initial FBI background check revealed significant concerns that delayed his clearance process. Despite these issues, he was granted access to highly classified information, including the President's Daily Brief.

Key Points:

  1. Delay in Clearance: Jared Kushner initially received an interim security clearance, which allowed him to access classified information while the background investigation was ongoing. The process was reportedly prolonged due to concerns over his foreign contacts, financial holdings, and inconsistencies in his disclosures.
  2. Concerns Raised: The FBI and other intelligence officials raised red flags about Kushner’s extensive foreign contacts, some of which were not initially disclosed on his clearance application (SF-86 form). These omissions required updates and explanations.
  3. Trump's Involvement: In 2019, reports emerged that then-President Trump personally intervened to override security officials' recommendations and granted Kushner a permanent top-secret clearance. This was an unusual and controversial move, as the president has the ultimate authority to grant clearances but typically defers to the judgment of security professionals.
  4. Reactions and Criticism: The decision drew widespread criticism, with some viewing it as a breach of established security protocols. Critics argued that granting Kushner access to sensitive information despite concerns undermined national security procedures.
This situation highlighted tensions between the Trump administration and career security officials over adherence to established clearance processes. For more detailed information, consider reviewing coverage from trusted news outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, or The Associated Press.

I wouldn’t trust them to be fair and objective about anything Trump related.

In fact, I don’t.

Yeah . . .

Given the lengths that Democrats, including their operatives in the Deepstate, will go to to "GET TRUMP!" he should just appoint acting heads of agencies and not bother putting them through the rigged system. He will have full authority over classified material after being sworn in, same as he did when he was leaving the White House. He can either grant access to classified material to his picks or de-classify it for the limited purpose of allowing heads of agencies to have access to it.

Then his FBI can be cleansed of the anti-American hyper-partisans and it can be an intelligence agency and part-time law-enforcement agency that we can be proud of.

I thought that was what we had Hillary for. She was secretary of state--- didn't she pass an FBI test? She was emailing and phoning secrets all over left and right between her commercial cellphones and closet computer.

Along with hiring a foreigner Paki as secretary to keep it all organized for her.

Nope. Corrupt assholes like Trump destroyed your trust because it’s helpful for them.

Anyone with any logic can see that.
Anyone with eyes can see that leftards are complete liars and unworthy of trust or respect.

Leftards have destroyed confidence in our justice system. And that's a big deal. It's going to take the new president YEARS to restore it.

Leftards are evil scumbags and I hope they see the justice they do desperately need. Such irresponsibility can not go unpunished. Leftards need consequences. Big public ones. To restore the public's faith in equal justice.
