Most people in private employment do not have the taxpayer spigot of public employment. The auto and steel industries screwed themselves over when the world retooled after WW 2.

If it's fraud why aren't the fraudsters being charged? And why haven't new procedures been put in to prevent the fraud they are allegedly finding? Why punish the workers and dismantle departments and agencies Congress created instead of fixing them?

These savings better go towards our massive, humongous debt, instead of tax cuts going mostly in the pockets of the already wealthiest.
