not exactly there are both high and low IQ in the political parties if it all was common sense then there wouldn't be multiple parties or at least not as tied as we have.

It would be easier to understand what is really at play. Its so obvious that not all cultures contribute to society in a well manner so it would be great to see that the problem is a dumb belief shared by a group of people than to label an entire race with a large brush.

Boy there's some deep psychology there.
Now that would take 1,000 years to root. I think we're running out of time. Is there anything you think could be done via legislation? You know, something that has potential to be effective within the next few decades?

understanding different cultures doesn't take 1000 years to learn, in this example we are prob talking about urban culture and for that Thomas Sowell has it down to a point and how to go about helping people who are stuck in a victim thought process using government actions "or lack thereof" and things we can do out of government as just citizens.

Okay in that case I guess my opinion is stop having government interfering since when they try to help they just hurt..
assuming by "them" you mean people who are using more from society than giving.

Someone please remind me....why are we suppose to pretend this topic isn't worthy of logical discussion? Why be sooo scared to talk about it...could that maybe be part of the problem? Is it better if we all pretend "they" are fucking awesome? Why play dumb to such important subject matter? You have to admit...it's pretty weird we all just play along and not touch the taboo.
