One of the things I really like about the periodic threads on Potus Ratings is the outrage by so called conservatives that the ratings are so "liberally" biased, when the ratings are based on "grades" given on specific issues like, getting legislation passed. W's ratings actually get high marks on that issue, despite his administration generally ending any credibility the gop had on debt.
