Trump's ball caps were being discussed a little bit in another thread. It got me wondering where they were made and how much they sell for. That actual, official "Make America Great Again" hat is made in the USA with "mostly" American sourced materials. They're made by "Latinos" in southern California. I'm pretty sure I know what THAT means. It's likely one of the few businesses that ICE will NOT target. But that's another story for another time.
Much of Trump's other apparel is made in China. Ironic.
"When we first got the order [for Trump's caps], I said to myself, 'Just wait until he sees who's making his hats,'" Yolanda Melendrez, who works at the Cali-Fame factory, told the L.A. Times. "'We're Latinos, we're Mexicans, Salvadoreños.'" Melendrez is a Mexican immigrant who was brought to this country by her parents when she was a baby."

A good amount of other Trump products are literally made overseas and much of it is made in China. Is Trump really profiting off of Chinese sweat shops?:

At least he can claim these hats are being made in the good ol' U-S-of-A.
