When we take Carson's lies as a whole, doesn't it seem ridiculous that people believed them at all?

Okay so maybe Carson could have gotten lucky once by being a hero for protecting other students when the opportunity arose, but for Carson to suggest he has been the center of that kind of drama over and over should have raised red flags to begin with when reading his book. The Popeyes encounter? The only student to walk out on a test? West Point? The troubled childhood? It's all crap you would see in a classic 80s film. If one is bullshit, all of them are probably bullshit.

I guess republicans are that naive.

What happened at Popeyes? I haven't heard that one.

It could be that he's a Forest Gump type. Who was just there at all these outstanding moments in time but Forest Gump was a fiction.

See what I did there?

Thread # ????

At Popeyes a gunman came up to him and put a gun in his hip and Carson says "I think you want the guy at the counter."

Spellbinding stuff.

No record of that story either.

Delusional with a god complex.

One at a time, his stories seem unlikely but all together, they're just plain weird. I read about his home, something about misspelled bible verses etched on walls.
