When the government tells private businesses who to censor, that is a first ammendment violation

Government telling Facebook, Twitter, etc who they should ban is an obvious 1st ammendment violation.

Exactly. They are using big tech communication companies and even MSM news organizations now in voluntary or forced partnerships it seems to get around doing stuff to people they don't like or agree with that if they did it directly themselves, would be a gross constitutional violation of civil rights-- obviously to affect and control elections and political outcomes to their benefit thus abridging the very reason for their existence, so in effect, companies like Meta Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple, or whomever are acting now as SUBCONTRACTORS to the U.S. government doing to people what the law prevents them from doing directly themselves--- oppressing free speech and communication when it doesn't work in their favor as a means of gaining and keeping more power and control than they are legally entitled to.

'No freedom of speech for you!'

If the Biden admin is telling private companies who to ban, there needs to be accountability for violating the constitution .
