If I'm a manager and I have a team that has no female or minority members and I decide that I want someone different than what we already have and always have had, that doesn't make me or my choice racist or sexist if I choose a woman or a Black person to supplement my team. But neither can be chosen/selected if they don't have the qualifications to allow them to hold the position <--- It's this last part that you all keep skipping & glossing over.
