When do we reach full employment?

Can Hillary give us a date of when we will reach full employment? I"m just wondering because so many young people are out of work. I can think of three neighbor kids who have no jobs despite the fact they are looking. I also know people in their 20s just being happy they work at McDonalds. I'm just want to know if someone can give us a date of when we can expect more jobs.

As long as we continue to slap businesses in the face, and tax them out of this country, we will never reach full employment. Businesses hire workers like your neighbors.
Those who are happy to work at McDonalds, will be unhappy to learn that McDonalds is one of the companies that is sponsoring the millions of illegals flooding this country by giving them the option of working instead of American citizens filling what few job opportunities we have left.
