Correct.Post it here ! Lots of people like to play both sides or not take a stance so they can ***** about whatever happens .
Me . I don't want troops on the front like . Air support ect.. Is fine . I'm tired of Mid East dumpster fires . If we go and "remove" ISIS (aka getting ground troops killed) we still have to babysit the area . And we all see what happens when u occupy those places .
A conventional ground military campaign is doomed to failure, will in no way 'destroy' ISIS, and will result in only making them stronger.
The current policy is the correct one: continue the air campaign, back fighters indigenous to the Region, such as the Kurds, and work with other nations' intelligence and security agencies to minimize terrorist threats.
and once that happens, it could fade out especially with new generations rising up, see it as something stupid and passe', just as sets of encyclopedias, telephone booths, cigarettes, and the yellow pages have become uncool, if not non-existent.
