What's Wrong With A Two Dollar Tip?

The problem here, is essentially on the folks that own and run the pizza place.

They should notify their customers they can't deliver to places where the roads & sidewalks are not clear.

. . . and if they don't? Folks doing the deliveries should just refuse. If they get fired? They will just get a better job with someplace that treats employees with dignity.

It's not like he didn't get tipped at all. This seems to be an employer problem.

Hey, Winco earned his life savings like that, $2 at a time!
Pizza is big money.

Actually, that person is lucky that guy even worked in a snow storm and delivered at all walking so far. I've had a pizza guy bitch because he just had to climb four steps to get to my front porch.

Where would the business get their money from though if that happened?

I totally get why people feel that the guy was screwed, but to demand that the customer do better in the future, perhaps they will do just that as soon as doing better is an option for them in the first place. What if the two dollars is all that they could spare? After all, who isn't having to keep an eye on what little money they still have in the possession these days?

God bless you and the customer and the worker always!!!

P.S. Another thing, if the roads are closed due to deep enough snow, how can anyone still be out there doing a delivery job whether it be food, mail, or even medicine which brings me to another question and forgive me if it is a dumb one. If someone gets out there and drives on a road that has been closed for any reason, can they be arrested for it should a cop catch them out there?

The pizza costs 8 bucks and the delivery boy gets a 10 dollar bill. Times are tough and you might blame the pizza company for the rigged price. Hardly a international issue.

That's a 25% tip. !!!
What's he bitchin' about ??? !!!
(Used to be 15% was the standard benchmark.)

Come on, we’ll all know that a $2 tip for food delivery is being cheap as shit.

Do what you want, but don’t try to pretend you’re not being a cheap bastard

The grand total was $40.00, and his tip was $2.00.

God bless you always!!!

P.S. I wonder how many pizzas were purchased for it to be as much as $40.00. A large Little Caesar's pepperoni pizza in my area I believe is $7.67 with tax right now.
