Enforcement of the rule of law. However, it did reinforce the belief in a two-tiered system of justice. Rich, powerful, white men are afforded, and can afford, more justice than others.

The entire course of trump's prosecutions is a master class in exposing flaws and weaknesses in our system of justice exploited by someone who can afford to raise frivolous objections every step of the way. When the speed at which justice is applied matters delay becomes crucially problematic. That's when trump's constant lawfare came in to deny justice being served.
