I average about 5 to 5.5 hours a night

Sat/Sun usually up somewhere between 6:00am and 7:00 am.
If on vacation, my normal time rhythm is go to sleep around 11pm, wake up 7ish

One of the things I am looking forward to when we move to Panama is that the daylight/darkness ratio only changes a few minutes all year.
