I havent had a tetanus shot in over 35 yrs,,

Today, eating and drinking too much causes medical issues in a lot of folks. That is the 'curse' of abundance. IMO, our bodies are hard wired to eat. Some are more hard wired than others. Also, some of the processed foods we eat/drink have things like 'high fructcose' corn syrup which in excess, increases development of fat, alters how the body processes carbs, and may lead to increased food consumption. It can also cause insulin resistance.

That's only one addition to processed stuff. Now, I'm not saying this stuff is poison that can kill you but, consuming this stuff all the time could certainly be deleterious to the human body.
