The point of the post was to disprove your theory that distinguishing between race is the most basic of human instinct. I successfully did that because you could not distinguish his race, although it is different than your own.

-Religions are the problem as you can see as well. We also do need to have the personal Relationship with the Lord without the mediators of the religions to tell us what is right or wrong. We do not need them to know God. They need us to have a reason for existing and as a means of control.

-They say you can not have multiple wives or husbands.... When you divorce and get another spouse that means that now you have had multiple spouses. Doesn't make sense at all.

We can have a personal relationship with God without a Relgion. That is the way it is suppost to be. The original chosen people did not call there relationship with God a Religion. The people after words that started the Roman Catholic Church started the word Religion. This was to group the people up and divide them further then they were already.

Now we are supporting the division by having dumb quarrels between ourselves.

Not that I completely agree with your synopsis, but religion is man-made and not anything that God or Jesus specifically addressed in the bible (with intent of choosing one right religion). So for you religion haters out there, hate mankind for his creation....

This is the OLD testament. Even though it gives specific religious "rituals" it does not specifically adocate any specific religion. In the New testament, it tells you that in order to be "saved" all you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God and died on the cross for your sins. It does not say that you must be Catholic, or Babtist, Methodist, etc....

Religion is man's creation...if God or Jesus specifically advocated a certain religion in the Bible, then all Christians would belong to the same church, because they would know which one is mentioned in the Bible.

anyways -- the mentioned parts of the Old Testament establishes a religious practice with a priestly caste, duties, regulations, and observances. The people followed what was proscribed, thus creating a religion.

As for the New Testament, I am surprisingly not as well versed and will leave its apology to someone else.

Specific religion is not mentioned in the Bible. Babtist, Lutheran, Methodist, Catholic, all have rituals that are in the Bible. That's all I'm saying. Religion as we know it is man made.
