He claimed that the 1% would pay for it. That won't work. Then he admitted that not wealthy people might have to pay. Then he went back to saying only the 1%. At times, he will say that people making over a million a year would help pay. It changes just like Obama's lame ass promise that no one making under $250,000 would pay a dime more in taxes. It's all trickery and there is no clear explanation. Just the same bullshit and a few small admissions when pressed about who will get the bill. It will be middle class, like it always is, but the jackass won't come out and say that.
