1. Anti-aging or age slowing pill, vaccine or genetic therapy.
2. Male pregnancy. Probably womb transplant successfully being able to carry a baby to term.
3. Bioprinting of organs to replace old ones and limbs(hands, arms, legs,etc)
4. brain downloading and uploading. As in print entire books or files directly onto your brain or within your brain circuits. This could also be a means of transferring you into a clone or bioprinted body if 1. fails one day.
5. Nano bots to kill cancer and repair organs

The problem with what you want is........these will only be available to those who can afford it, not those responsible enough to use what they get correctly and wisely.
