Is this part of a deliberate policy or not ?

I would argue that it might very well be the case and follows general Deep State thinking .

With AI and Robots you need fewer working bodies .
And the role of infantry in warfare will fast disappear and almost completely quite quickly .

Above all , fewer bodies are easier to Control .

Nothing is wrong with them. Mentioning them just puts a slant on her thoughts. China doesn't play well Falun Gong. She says there are only 900 million Chinese which means a half a billion people have died in the past five years. I think someone would have noticed

Yes china's population has been declining but not at the rate the woman was stating. Yes they had another outbreak recently and I didn't bother to look up the reason.

True but as far as I know there is no government disputing that statistic. However in 2016 their one child birth laws were rescinded and a two chid policy came into being. In 2021 that was rescinded and they created a three child policy. This was done because of falling birth rates and their population was decreasing.
