Trump's 2024 trials: Where they stand and what to expect
The typical politicking that goes along with his reelection bid will overlap with his ongoing – and packed – court calendar.

Trump’s 2024 trials: Where they stand and what to expect
1. Federal classified documents case
On July 15, Cannon dismissed the case against Trump.
The Justice Department is widely expected to appeal the decision.
2. Manhattan hush money case
(I haven't found ANY reference for the current status of the appeal, so any news would be appreciated)
3. Federal J6 2020 Election Case
Trump’s lawyers are hoping a long appeals process might delay the trial date, potentially past the 2024 election.
4. Georgia 2020 Election Case
Trump’s team appealed the verdict allowing Fani Willis to stay on the case, and a hearing date for that case has been tentatively set for Oct. 4.
5. NY appeals court to hear oral arguments on Trump’s $454 million civil fraud judgment next month
So if/when the NY appeals court denies Trump's appeal, that will happen after the November election.
Then Trump can appeal to the US Supreme court? Or are there more appeal steps?
6. E. Jean Carroll’s 2nd defamation case
Trump attempted to delay the case in federal appeals court in December, but his request was denied.
Trump also attempted to countersue Carroll for defamation, but that case was dismissed.
Personal comment: I hope that the democrat's "Lawfare" gets defeated.
