Whoo! That's a tough one.
I'd like to say The Halfrican's three administrations but I'm going to have to go with W just given the negative long term impacts upon my state (Virginia) with his massive expansion of the fed. .gov.
It's turned Virginia mostly blue due to the growth of NOtVA/I-95 corridor and all the transplants that have moved here.

It appears that the Obama Administration wins that title.
We would have to clearly define 'corrupt' I suppose to make it a fair poll. Nixon's 'corruption' was mostly restricted to his handling of the Watergate scandal/crime and attempt to cover it up. Not cool. Not legal. Not acceptable. Certainly that involvement was worthy of the jail time his people received.
But when compared to weaponization of government against the American people and political opponents, what Nixon did was small potatoes.
So my inclination is to go with a tossup between Obama and Biden as the most corrupt but I lean toward Obama since I think there is a good probability that the tracks leading to the deep state operatives running the Biden administration will probably lead to Obama and/or his people. I won't make that accusation since I have no way to prove it, but I would be surprised to find out he/they were totally innocent in all that.

Yeah, it really was a very tough choice between Obama and Biden but I agree with you about Biden. He gets the nod.

Biden is one of the worst presidents we've had in recent history, but technically, I guess we have to say it was the people behind Biden rather than him actually.

Biden was demented impaired and drugged up his family laundered bribes from China they lied about his dementia and wasnt even running the country. Many orders and pardons are forgeries. Thats hard to beat
Not to mentioned he had to pardon his entire family, members of his admin and Dem allies on the hill for crimes against the United States

He never signed the pardons Imagine that Hunter signed his own pardon. They are a cover up for the entire Biden fraud of the country run by Jill Hunter and few aides. Thats now falling apart. The pardons are invalid
