3. Healthcare - our healthcare is the worst in the developed world. Basically, 90% of all healthcare cost is caused by government regulations which in turn drives doctors to require as many visits to get anything done with the least amount of care given per visit.

5. Education (or lack thereof due to government controlling it). Education scores so high as it largely allows all those above to occur.
6. Inflation.
7. Infrastructure crumbling (again, partly a subset of #1).
8. Crime. Of course, 7 and 8 might interpose positions depending on where you live.
